not in control

Wired to worry about things.
Many, many things…

So we focus on –
and worry about (most of the time) – what we can’t control.
It’s dark and gloomy over here.

It takes effort, but you can do it,
to focus on what you can control.

– your actions
– how you respond
– your mindset
– your work ethic
– how you treat others
– your language
– your self-talk

When you slip back out to the other side
keep coming back.
It’s bright and peaceful over here.
