how are you – feeling.

I’m interested in that answer.

Frustrated.
Happy.
Irritated.
Hopeful.
Optimistic.
Cheerful.

Whatever you are feeling.

Ask yourself.
How am I feeling?
Check-in.
Listen.
Look inside (of you).

Answer without judgment.
