A Person Who Walks Alone Is Not a Leader

A person who walks alone is not a leader.

A person who demands “I walk, you follow” is not a leader.

A person who keeps on walking when nobody is following is not a leader.

A leader walks with their people.
A leader says “We are in this together. Let’s do this.”

A leader encourages, empowers, and enables others to lead
and discover new, better paths.

A leader is a guide.
Walking – by yourself – is just walking.
